Pamlico Capital Announces Partner Promotions

Pamlico Capital is excited to announce the promotion of Christiane Felts and Jay Henry to Partner. Over their almost 20 years combined as members of the Pamlico team, Christiane and Jay have each become leaders at their portfolio companies, trusted experts in their sectors, and important contributors to the firm’s culture.

Christiane joined Pamlico in 2016 as a Vice President and was promoted to Principal in 2020. She joined the team after serving as a Senior Associate at The Carlyle Group and Analyst for Edgeview Partners. Christiane received her MBA from Harvard University and BS from Duke University. She focuses on software investments and currently sits on the boards of InRule Technology, ISAAC Instruments, Personify and Veson Nautical.

Jay joined Pamlico in 2014 as a Vice President and was promoted to Principal in 2019. He joined the team after serving as a Senior Associate for Saw Mill Capital and Analyst for Edgeview Partners. Jay received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BS from West Virginia University. He focuses on information services investments and currently sits on the boards of Becker’s Healthcare, BNI, CEATI, Datos Insights and HelioCampus.
